We’re looking for a B2B Video Content Strategist & Editor who can do way more than just “cut clips.” In this role, you’ll be trusted to identify the story inside the footage and craft videos that capture attention and keep audiences watching. Whether it’s a longform YouTube video, a podcast interview, or a snappy social clip, you know how to spot the soundbites that matter and turn them into content that performs.
This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of video editing experience, excellent English skills, and a passion for B2B marketing and entrepreneurship content. The expected pay range is PHP 84,000 – PHP 112,000 per month (PHP 1,008,000 – PHP 1,344,000 per year), which is approximately $1,500 – $2,000 USD/month. We also offer tons of benefits like flexible working hours, unlimited time off, professional development stipends, and more.
If you’re already studying creators, platforms, and trends — and you love shaping raw footage into content that informs, entertains, and converts — this is the role for you.
WHO WE ARE (AND WHO WE HELP)
We help expertise-based business owners — agencies, coaches, consultants, and B2B creators — grow their influence through high-quality video content.
Our clients are globally-recognized experts in their profession, so the last thing they need to be doing is playing around in After Effects or managing tasks for a freelance video editor. They need to focus as much of their energy as possible into creating more content.
Our job is to take that raw material and turn it into polished, platform-optimized videos that build their authority, expand their reach, and generate more leads for their business. That typically involves a mixture of longform YouTube videos mixed with short-form content for IG Reels, Tiktok, and YouTube Shorts.
You’ll work with intellectually stimulating subject matter like marketing, entrepreneurship, and personal development, and your edits will be seen by hundreds of thousands or even millions of people every single year.
You’ll be part of collaborative team where everyone’s ideas matter and everyone’s work makes an impact. No egos, no micromanagement — just smart, creative people trying to do some of their very best work together.
YOUR ROLE: WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
This role isn’t designed for an “order-taker.” We can find one of those anywhere.
We’re looking for someone who isn’t just a talented video editor, but also has a great eye/ear for the ideas and messages that are most likely to grab and hold someone’s attention. You’ll be trusted to analyze raw content, find the best
You’ll have complete ownership and creative direction for multiple client accounts, serving as the primary creative strategist and video editor who ensures their content is always delivered on time and up to our high standards.
That said, we’re hyper-aware of what’s required to make premium video content and will make sure to never overburden you. We’d rather have you consistently deliver excellent work than risk pushing you to the point of burnout.
Here’s an example of the type of work you’ll do with us…
1. Video Editing & Story Crafting
• Take longform content (podcasts, YouTube videos, webinars, or raw iPhone video) and identify the most compelling clips.
• Edit them into polished shortform videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
• Shape full-length YouTube videos into engaging, binge-worthy episodes
• Add captions, graphics, transitions, b-roll, and text overlays to maximize retention
2. Content Optimization
• Format videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, IG Reels)
• Apply best practices for each platform’s style and audience expectations
• Continuously refine your editing style based on performance data and feedback
3. Creative Direction & Trend Awareness
• Stay current on video marketing trends and platform-specific editing techniques
• Proactively pitch new ideas and editing approaches
• Help develop repeatable video frameworks for our clients
4. Client Communication
• Deliver drafts on time with clear creative choices
• Incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining strong creative judgment
• Provide proactive updates on projects and timelines
5. Experimentation & Continuous Improvement
• Share insights into what performs best across platforms
• Test out new ideas to optimize reach and engagement
• Suggest new processes, workflows, or creative tools
• Always look for ways to improve both efficiency and output quality
And here’s what you WON'T have to do:
• Worry about selling or finding new clients
• Spend hours stuck in an office for no reason
• Sit through endless weekly client meetings
• Constantly submit and chase down invoices
• Navigate strict corporate rules that water down your creativity
• Work under time trackers or deal with micromanagement
This role is about doing what you do best with as few restrictions as possible. You’ll be free to focus on creating compelling video content that helps our clients grow.
