ISA (Inside Sales Agent) Outbound Caller

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team. Part-time or Full-time ($5.00 Dollars an Hour) The ideal candidate will be an energetic outbound caller responsible for generating leads and nurturing client relationships. This role is crucial to our expansion and requires a proactive individual with a strong sales aptitude.

Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients.
Engage with leads to identify their real estate needs and qualify their interest.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of Real estate
Schedule appointments and consultations for our real estate agents.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Continuously learn and adapt to market trends and sales strategies.
Required Experience and Skills:
Proven experience as an Inside Sales Agent or in a similar outbound calling role.
Must have experience with MOJO Dialer.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong persuasive and appointments abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Resilient and able to handle rejection effectively.
