I need to have someone who speaks EXCELLENT ENGLISH and is NOT afraid to call people who have submitted their information to me from my FB ads. You must have a pleasant, not 'pushy' personality because I want to welcome my leads to work with me and I don't want someone who is overly aggressive or 'salesy'.

You must have a phone app that will give you a US based phone number (FL specific)

Pay will start at $3/hr plus bonuses whenever a prospect you have converted becomes a client and closes on a house.
