Curves & Clubs is an innovative golf accessories brand selling on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Etsy, Shopify, Walmart, and eBay. We’re known for creative product designs, smooth logistics, and rapid growth. We’re seeking a detail-focused E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support our logistics, product launches, and day-to-day coordination between platforms and vendors.

Position Summary
This role is perfect for someone with multi-channel e-commerce experience, especially with direct Amazon logistics and FBA/FBT. You’ll handle tracking uploads, SKU creation, shipping instructions for suppliers, warehouse coordination, and new product listings. Your work will help ensure our orders flow smoothly from China to Amazon, TikTok, and beyond—keeping our customers happy and our business scaling.

Key Responsibilities
- Amazon/TikTok Shop Logistics & Shipping
- Add tracking numbers from Alibaba/Chinese suppliers into Amazon and TikTok Shop to close shipments accurately
- Create “Amazon Merchant SKU” and “FBA SKU” for every new product or replenishment; maintain an organized SKU master sheet
-Prepare and send FBA/FBT shipping plans and labels to manufacturers (PDF export, file/email management)
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure proper labeling and shipment requirements for Amazon FBA and TikTok FBT/fufilment
- Track shipment status daily; flag delays and missing tracking in shared logs
- New Product Listing Management
- Support creation and editing of product listings for Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and more
- Copy existing listings, generate fresh product copy with Perplexity/ChatGPT, and optimize keywords with Helium 10
- Publish listings via LitCommerce; ensure all images, attributes, and product data are correctly mapped across platforms

Social Media Posting
- Will be responsible for posting one reel, one story and one tweet per day

Required Qualifications
1+ year experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or TikTok Shop Seller Center logistics and product listing workflows

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable with checklists, SOPs, and video walkthrough training

Written and spoken English proficiency; clear communicator by email and chat

Ability to work full-time 40 hours/week, with daily check-ins overlapping 9AM–5PM Philippine ---------- EST

Preferred Qualifications
Experience uploading Amazon and TikTok tracking details, prepping FBA/FBT shipments, or managing supplier label and shipment instructions
