JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Coordinator who’s already a little obsessed with the world of marketing, entrepreneurship, and personal development. If you already have creators like Sahil Bloom, Codie Sanchez, Ali Abdaal, Pat Flynn, or Alex Hormozi on your weekly playlist, you’re probably in the right place.

This role isn’t just about keeping our own content engine running — you’ll also help our clients get their B2B marketing content dialed in across blogs, newsletters, podcasts, and videos.

This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of marketing experience who is self-motivated, accountable, and eager to learn. The expected pay range is 70,000 PHP – 112,000 PHP per month (approximately $1,250 – $2,000 USD), and we offer tons of benefits like flexible working hours, unlimited time off, professional development stipends, and more.

If you’re already spending hours each week binging podcasts and YouTube videos, or you’re someone who is already creating marketing content for yourself or your clients, keep reading…because this is going to feel like getting paid to play.

WHO WE ARE ( AND WHO WE HELP)

We help expertise-based business owners — agencies, coaches, consultants, and B2B creators — build content marketing engines that feel effortless.

Our clients are at their best when they’re generating new ideas, sharing their expertise, and creating original content. That’s where their time is most valuable.

Our job? Take that raw expertise and do the heavy lifting to repackage it into podcasts, newsletters, blog articles, social posts, and other formats that spread their ideas further and faster.

That means you’ll get to work on intellectually stimulating topics and collaborate with other ambitious creative professionals to turn smart thinking into engaging and effective marketing content.

We’re a flat, collaborative team where everyone’s ideas matter and everyone’s voice gets heard. There is no room at the table for big egos — we’re just a group of smart, talented, kind people who want to do great work together.

YOUR ROLE: WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

This isn’t a “check-the-box” kind of job — you’ll have real ownership over keeping content engines running smoothly for both us and our clients.

You’ll never be asked to track your time or deal with someone micromanaging your work. Instead, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own bandwidth, prioritize your work, make decisions, and solve your own problems.

Here are the types of activities you’ll be doing in a typical work week…

1. Content Operations

• Own and update content calendars for internal projects and client accounts.
• Schedule blog articles in WordPress, newsletters in email platforms, podcasts in hosting platforms, and videos in YouTube Studio.
• Coordinate with writers, editors, and designers to make sure deadlines are met without needing reminders.

2. Content Optimization

• Review and polish content before publishing (proofreading, formatting, style checks).
• Add light SEO optimization (keywords, meta descriptions, alt tags).
• Ensure posts look clean and professional across platforms (spacing, images, links).

3. Performance Reporting

• Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, or built-in platform dashboards.
• Build simple reports to highlight what’s working (and what’s not).
• Share insights that help guide team and client decisions.

4. Client Communication

• Send proactive updates to clients so they always know where things stand.
• Field requests and questions in a timely, professional way.
• Act as a reliable partner who makes clients feel supported and confident.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Share feedback on tools, workflows, and processes to help us get better.
• Suggest ways to improve efficiency or expand high-performing content.
• Keep an eye out for opportunities to repurpose great ideas into new formats.

And…there’s Plenty Of Room to Grow!

You’ll also have the option to step into a content strategy (d ---------- what gets created and when) and/or content creation (drafting original posts, newsletters, or scripts) role if you’re interested and have built up the skills/trust to make it possible.

REQUIREMENTS: WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

These are the skills we think are critical to performing well in this role. If you don’t meet these criteria, please don’t submit an application, as it likely won’t be a good fit.

Excellent English — Advanced written and spoken English (C1 level or higher, or equivalent). You should be confident in writing professional content and communicating with clients in a polished, natural way.

Reliable Internet — A fast, stable connection (25 Mbps minimum). You’ll sometimes work with large video files or be asked to join video calls, so a strong connection is important.

Organizational Mastery — You love keeping projects, calendars, and deadlines on track. Nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.

Ownership & Autonomy — You thrive when trusted with responsibility. If you’re the type who waits around for direction, this role isn’t for you. We want someone who can take initiative, solve problems, and keep projects moving without hand-holding.

Marketing Experience — You have meaningful experience managing marketing activities in at least two of these areas: podcasts, email marketing, social media, blogging, SEO, or video (longform or shortform).

Intellectual Curiosity — You’re already geeking out on marketing, entrepreneurship, and B2B growth topics. You’re the type of lifelong learner who’s hungry to keep expanding your skills and knowledge.

Continuous Improvement — You’re always looking for ways to make things better — whether it’s streamlining a workflow, improving team communication, or helping clients get better results.

BONUS POINTS: HOW YOU CAN STAND OUT

If you meet any of these criteria, PLEASE include it in your application with specific examples — it will get you moved to the top of the list.

Significant Marketing Experience — 5+ years managing marketing activities across multiple channels.

Entrepreneurship or Content Creation — You’ve built your own business or actively create your own blogs, emails, social posts, videos, or podcasts.

Elite English Writing Abilities — You’ve written or ghostwritten for clients in English-speaking countries (U.S., UK, Australia, etc.) and can adapt your writing to different tones and voices.

Additional Skills in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or Web Development — If you can also create scroll-stopping social graphics, edit shortform video clips, or build landing pages/apps, you get a huge bump.

Direct Experience With Agencies, Coaches, Consultants, or B2B Content Creators — You already know how expertise-based businesses run and market themselves.

Direct Experience With AI Tools — You’ve used tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or others to create high-quality content, streamline workflows, or boost productivity — and you can prove it.

WHAT WE OFFER: WHY YOU'LL LOVE YOUR JOB

Remote Flexibility – Work from home, or anywhere else you’d like, on your own schedule.

Competitive Pay – Our expected pay range for this role is 70,000 PHP – 112,000 PHP per month (840,000 PHP – 1,344,000 PHP per year), which is approximately $1,250 – $2,000 USD per month. We’re also planning for a 13th month payment (as long as business performance allows) and additional performance-based bonus opportunities throughout the year.

Stable Income – Flat monthly salary, paid on time, every time. No time tracking and no invoices required.

Unlimited PTO + Local Holidays – Take time off whenever you need it, as long as your work and deadlines are covered. We also observe and respect all local holidays, no matter where you are in the world.

Professional Development Stipend – We’ll cover expenses for hardware, software, or learning resources that make you more effective in your role.

Meaningful Work – You’ll work on diverse, intellectually stimulating projects. The content you help create will be seen by hundreds of thousands or millions of people every year.

Autonomy & Trust – We provide guidance and training, but never micromanage your work. You’ll have near-complete ownership and freedom to design your ideal working experience.

Growth & Mentorship – Learn directly from our clients and our founder, who brings 15+ years of experience as a Chief Marketing Officer and entrepreneur to the table.

Upward (Or Outward) Mobility – You’ll have the opportunity to move into strategic roles or content creation if that interests you. Or, if you have the entrepreneurial itch, we’re happy to help you use your work with us as a launchpad to make that dream a reality.

Flat Team Culture – You’ll always have a seat at the table. Your voice, your feedback, and your ideas will matter just as much as anyone else’s.
