Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Marketplace Operations Specialist to ensure the smooth daily operation of our Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce accounts. From listing accuracy to shipment monitoring, this role is critical to delivering the precision, consistency, and care that helps our clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Listing Management
Create, update, and maintain accurate listings across platforms, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to quality.
Monitor and resolve errors, suppressions, or compliance issues with a customer-first mindset.

Fee & Deduction Management
Review and track platform fees and deductions, applying a data-driven approach to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Keep clear, accurate records to ensure financial integrity.

Shipment Creation & Monitoring
Prepare shipment plans and labels for Amazon FBA and other platforms.
Monitor shipments closely, addressing issues quickly to maintain a cutting-edge level of efficiency.
Work with warehouses and carriers to resolve problems, always prioritizing the client’s success.

Cross-Team Coordination
Share updates and insights with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.
Provide operational feedback to support smarter, data-driven decisions across the business.

Qualifications & Skills
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
A problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer success.
