Zenpost helps busy experts turn interviews and talking-head recordings into high-performing Reels/Shorts. We’re hiring a nimble short-form editor to cut daily clips (talking heads + podcast ---------- nts) for Instagram/LinkedIn/YouTube.

2. The average turnaround time for drafting a clip like the ones you provided.
3. Your per clip rate (including edits) to draft that clip.
4. Which video editing software you use (Premier, Resolve, Final Cut, CapCut, etc)
5. Your availability (how many clips can you produce in a day or week?)

You’ll:
• Edit 1 clip/day to start (scales up), first draft due within 24 hours of assignment.
• Cut raw or pre-selected ---------- nts: remove filler, tighten pacing, build a strong hook in first 3 seconds.
• Add modern motion design: punch-in/punch-out, speed ramps, kinetic captions, emojis/stickers, on-screen text, lower-thirds.
• Enhance audio (noise reduction, EQ), do light color, mix music/SFX (royalty-free), and export platform-ready files.
• Deliver vertical 9:16, 1080×1920 (plus 1:1/16:9 when requested), burned-in captions + SRT, cover image, and clean file naming.
• Follow brand voice/visual guides; QA for typos, pacing, safe-zones, and loudness.
• Work from Notion tasks, collaborate in Slack, and hand off to scheduling tools (e.g., Planable).

You are:
• A short-form native who knows what’s trending (caption styles, ---------- cuts, pattern interrupts, B-roll usage).
• Fast, organized, and detail-obsessed with deadlines.
• Comfortable editing both talking heads and podcast clips.
• Clear communicator in English; available Mon–Fri (some ET overlap).

Tools (bring your stack):
Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci / CapCut Desktop (+ After Effects a bonus). Auto-captions via Premiere STT/CapCut/Submagic/VEED/Kapwing—your choice. File delivery via Drive/Dropbox.

Nice-to-haves:
• Thumbnail/cover design chops.
• Experience optimizing hooks and writing on-screen copy.
• Basic LUTs/color looks for consistency.

Deliverable checklist (per clip):
• 9:16 MP4 (H.264), ?60–90s unless specified.
• Burned-in styled captions + .SRT file.
• Clean mix, no peaking; tasteful music/SFX.
• On-brand cover image (when requested).
• Project files + assets organized, named, and archived.
