Who I Am:
I'm Dudley, an independent Product Marketing Manager for a premium Dutch e-bike brand.
I'm looking for a smart, technically strong VA to help me set up systems, campaigns, and lead generation.
I've worked with a talented Filipina visual designer for years, so I know how valuable Filipino work ethic and loyalty are. You'll be treated with honesty, clarity, and respect.

What You'll Be Working On:
You'll help me with setting up and managing:
- Zoho One (CRM, Campaigns, Analytics, Forms)
- Lead generation (funnels, emails, tagging, flows)
- Google & Meta Ads (campaign setup, reporting)
- Marketing automation
- Structure & documentation in Notion
- AI-powered workflows: We'll be using AI a lot — you don't have to be an expert, but you must be curious, eager, and actively using tools

What You Should Know (Please read this carefully):
- You will work only with me and my Visual Designer
- Start date is flexible — we begin when it makes sense
- Work is irregular at first — treat this as a side gig
- I’m starting with a limited monthly budget — so I’m looking for someone who understands we’re laying the foundation first. If we work well together, I’ll gladly grow the scope and budget as things develop.
- No promises about growth, hours or contracts — just clear collaboration
- Time zone & availability — I work on CET (Spain) time. I appreciate at least 2–3 hours overlap during weekdays for coordination.
- Communication — We’ll use Slack and Notion. I appreciate timely replies (within 24h on weekdays) and proactive updates.
- Trial period — We'll start with a 2–4 week trial to see how we work together. No pressure, just honest evaluation.
- Not looking for: Agencies, fully overbooked VAs juggling multiple jobs, or people who overpromise. Just be honest and consistent.

Your Profile:
- You know Zoho One well (or are confident you can learn it fast)
- You have experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, email funnels
- You're comfortable using Notion (or are willing to learn)
- You're curious and actively exploring AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Jasper AI, etc)
- You speak and write English clearly
- You work precisely, independently, and check your work
- You don't need micro-managing, but work well with clear instructions
