We are looking for a creative and skilled Virtual Assistant to help us grow our social media presence and build a strong, recognizable brand. This is more than just posting — it’s about helping us expand, engage, and scale while freeing up the business owner’s time.

Responsibilities
- Create and design 1 high-quality, on-brand post per day across chosen platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Edit and repurpose content into engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Build and manage a content calendar to keep us consistent and ahead of schedule
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep content fresh and effective
- Ensure brand consistency (colors, fonts, tone, logos, etc.) in every piece of content
- Write catchy captions and hooks that encourage audience engagement
- Track and report weekly growth metrics (followers, engagement, reach)
- Provide creative ideas and strategies to increase reach, followers, and conversions
- Support with admin tasks related to social media to buy back the owner’s time

Qualifications
- Strong experience in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
- Knowledge of branding, marketing, and social media growth strategies
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple platforms efficiently
- Creative with strong English writing skills for captions & content ideas
- Self-starter who works well independently and takes feedback positively
- Flexible with working hours and committed to consistency
