Role Overview
We are looking for Campaign creator to join our team and grow with us. This role is basically a right hand of our account executive, who bring the customers in and hand them over to a Campaign creator for client onboarding and app configuration.

* Being in touch with the client (emails in Dutch, video calls in English)
* Understand the business needs
* Suggesting solutions to solve client's challenges
* Creating tickets for new needed features and adjustments
* Configuration of client's app environment for effective and convenient way of working
* Using AI for prompt engineering in order to generate frontend code for app flow step creation and adjustments
* Helping our current customers with in app issues they are facing (in-app chat)

Approximate work time division:
50% Client success, 20% Prompt frontend engineering, 10% Tech support, 10% meetings

Requirements
- Tech savvy and talkative person with proactive approach and can do attitude
- Great English, both verbal and written
- Advanced understanding of AI prompting focused on code generation
- Frontend coding experience (Typescript, React.js) is a big advantage
