Website & Online Systems Expert Wanted – Wix Specialist

Hi everyone!

We’re Kristina + Nicole from the eyelash industry in Australia (Kookla Lashes + NP Lashes Adelaide). Together, we’ve created BAE CIRCLE – an online education platform for lash artists – and we’re looking for a Wix Website & Online Systems Expert to support us as we grow.

This role will start on a project basis, with the potential to grow into ongoing part-time work. As our business expands, you’ll also have opportunities to support our personal brands and help us scale our online education.

? Current Focus
We’re refining and expanding our Wix website and online lash course to make the platform polished, professional, and seamless for students. Our priority is ensuring the site looks amazing, functions smoothly, and integrates with the right systems for growth.

? What you’ll help with:
    •    Wix website development & maintenance – refining design, layout, and functionality
    •    Graphic design – creating branded visuals, landing pages, and lead magnets
    •    Automations & integrations – streamlining student onboarding, payments, and email confirmations
    •    Social media management & integration – connecting Wix with our socials, optimising shareability, and aligning design across platforms
    •    Content updates – publishing blog posts, ensuring SEO optimisation, and supporting with copy where needed
    •    Online course creation & support – building and refining course modules, group support systems, and resources
    •   ??Email marketing – designing campaigns, nurture sequences, and opt-ins
    •    SEO – improving rankings and visibility for both our online education and products
    •    Branding & storytelling – ensuring design and copy align with our voice and student journey

? Bonus skills (not essential, but amazing if you have them):
    •    Inventory management for e-commerce add-ons
    •    Paid ads management (Meta, Google, TikTok)
    •    Experience with other course platforms (Kajabi, Thinkific, etc.)
    •    Video editing for short-form content and training material

? We’re looking for someone who:
    •    Is a Wix expert with strong website design and systems knowledge
    •    Has excellent design skills and understands branding, layout, and storytelling
    •    Can confidently manage integrations & automations (emails, payments, onboarding, social platforms)
    •    Understands SEO and content strategy, including blogs and organic growth
    •    Is detail-focused, proactive, and efficient at streamlining systems
    •    Brings creativity and initiative while staying aligned with our vision

We’ll provide the vision, branding, and direction – but we’re looking for someone who can bring it to life, elevate our ideas, and grow with us as BAE CIRCLE evolves.
