Digital Product Manager

We are looking for a part-time Digital Product Manager to ensure our digital customers have a seamless experience from the ---------- nt they purchase their product or membership. This means product communications are delivered accurately and on time, while internal communications and spreadsheets are kept up to date.

We need someone who cares about people, values process, and is a great communicator.

Role requirements: 5 hours per week, with potential to grow over time.

Key tasks include:

Taking responsibility for the timely delivery of membership communications

Amending and setting up email templates/duplicates of previous broadcasts in Kajabi, including updating simple automations and links

Updating products with new monthly content, including short videos, PDFs and audio files

Downloading Zoom recordings of webinars and uploading them to Kajabi products

Setting up Kajabi events for regular live online events and webinars

Managing a master spreadsheet of all products, offers and coupons, and keeping it up to date

Keeping Asana product boards up to date

Experience required

Technical experience

Kajabi – Essential:

Create broadcast emails using templates or by duplicating previous broadcasts

Cut and paste information from Asana tasks into Kajabi emails

Ensure formatting, links and dates in emails are correct

Make simple adjustments to copy so communications are clear and accurate

Create events

Edit event emails using provided information

Kajabi – Useful:

Duplicate webpages and amend information

Create and edit forms

Asana:

Create and complete tasks, and leave comments

Track and communicate proactively on tasks

Desirable:

Customer service skills

Understanding of digital memberships/products

Ability to develop and improve systems and processes

You will need to be someone who can manage multiple deadlines and monthly timelines.
A proactive communicator – letting us know when jobs are done, and able to communicate clearly in English.
An understanding of the digital customer journey of buying a product or membership is important.

This is a part-time role, with potential for growth.
