Call Answering Assistant – 1 Hour per Day

I'm looking for a virtual assistant to answer incoming customer calls for just 1 hour per day.

What you’ll do:
Answer incoming customer calls during the assigned hour
Record queries or issues clearly
Create support tickets or forward details to our backend team

What we’re looking for:
Good spoken English
Friendly and polite on the phone
Reliable with good internet connection
Available at the same time each day (we will fix the 1-hour time slot together)

Important:
This is a simple task with very low call volume
You do not need to solve technical problems
Just take clear notes and pass the message along
