Marketing Tech VA – Flodesk, Squarespace & ManyChat Setup

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Tech VA to help with the back-end setup and ongoing support of our lead generation systems.

Tasks include:

Setting up and managing Flodesk automations (welcome sequence of 6 emails, weekly newsletter formatting).

Connecting Flodesk with Squarespace (lead magnet landing page, sign-up forms).

Setting up and maintaining ManyChat flows (IG/FB keyword automation, DM ? lead magnet sign-up).

Basic Squarespace tweaks (styling, formatting, mobile layout).

Light reporting (weekly new subscribers, open rates, conversions).

Must Have Experience In:

Flodesk or similar email platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.)

Squarespace (basic site edits, embedding forms).

ManyChat or similar chatbot automation tools.

General marketing funnel/automation understanding.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of SEO, blogging, or Pinterest marketing.

Light design skills (Canva, email styling).

You’ll be perfect if you:

Love clean, organised systems.

Can follow instructions but also suggest improvements.

Are reliable and can complete tasks on time.
