The Role
We are seeking a self-starting WordPress & Shopify Developer who can confidently build modern, professional websites (20–50+ pages) that look clean, read easily, and perform well. You should be able to take initiative, solve problems independently, and deliver polished results without needing step-by-step oversight.


What You’ll Do
Build full WordPress websites (20–50+ pages) with a sleek, professional design.

Customize themes, page builders (Elementor, Divi, etc.), and plugins.

Work with Shopify for store setups, product integrations, and theme adjustments.

Troubleshoot performance issues and plugin/theme conflicts.


Use AI tools (ChatGPT) to:

Generate SEO meta titles/descriptions (Yoast “green light”).

Draft and refine page content.

Build FAQ sets (100+).

Assist with AI chatbot programming using site + FAQ content.

Optimize sites for speed, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and security.

Collaborate using Microsoft Teams, Trello, and Hubstaff.

Follow structured onboarding and daily check-in processes.


Requirements
5+ years WordPress development experience, including large multi-page sites.

Skilled with Elementor, Divi, and WooCommerce.

Shopify theme customization (Liquid experience is a plus).

Strong design sense — websites should look professional and uncluttered.

Able to troubleshoot quickly and work independently.

Familiar with SEO best practices and AI tools (ChatGPT, Yoast, Rank Math).

Punctual, reliable, and comfortable in a structured team environment.

Available 9am–1pm Pacific Time (US) / 12am–4am Philippines Time, Mon–Fri.

Nice to Have
Experience with WP Engine or SiteGround.

Familiarity with Trello, Hubstaff, Microsoft Teams.

Prior digital agency experience.

Compensation & Growth
Starts Part-Time (4 hours/day) with the opportunity to grow into Full-Time.
