Automation Specialist

Are you a Zapier & ---------- wizard with deep experience in CRM integrations, API workflows, and automation strategy? We’re looking for a seasoned Automation Specialist to join our team and help us supercharge operations across marketing, sales, and service delivery.

Position Overview
We're seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to streamline our business operations by creating sophisticated workflows that connect our various software systems. This role is critical for eliminating manual data entry, improving efficiency, and ensuring seamless data flow across our tech stack as we scale nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement automation workflows using Zapier and ---------- (Integromat)
Connect JobProgress (CRM) with marketing tools, accounting software, and communication platforms
Create automated lead routing and follow-up sequences
Build data synchronization between multiple platforms
Set up automated reporting and notification systems
Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations
Document all workflows and create training materials
Monitor automation performance and make data-driven improvements
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities

Current Tech Stack Integration Needs
CRM: JobProgress
Marketing: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, email platforms
Communication: WhatsApp Business API, SMS platforms, email systems
Field Apps: Spotio, CompanyCam, HailTrace, Annotable
Accounting: QuickBooks or similar enterprise software
Reporting: Custom dashboards and analytics tools
Documentation: Project management and documentation platforms

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Zapier and ----------
Strong understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data mapping
Experience with CRM automation (JobProgress preferred)
Proficiency in JSON, basic SQL, and data manipulation
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work during US Central/Eastern business hours
Experience with construction/service industry software is highly preferred

Preferred Experience
Previous work with construction or home services companies
Experience automating lead generation and follow-up processes
Knowledge of storm damage restoration workflows
Familiarity with field service management platforms
Experience with automated reporting and KPI dashboards
Understanding of sales funnel automation
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for form customization
