We are a fast-growing company in the healthcare supply chain space seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional. This role combines advanced data analytics and accounting expertise with creative and technical skills, supporting both financial operations and business development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Reporting

Analyze large datasets to provide insights into business performance, cost optimization, and forecasting.
Create dashboards, models, and visualizations to guide strategic decision-making.

Accounting & QuickBooks

Manage daily accounting activities in QuickBooks, including reconciliations, reporting, and audits.
Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with applicable standards.
Support budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting.

Graphic & Website Design

Develop professional graphics for presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
Update and maintain the company website, ensuring a professional look and user-friendly functionality.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver visually effective communications.

General Business Support

Draft high-quality reports and communications in clear, professional English.
Contribute to cross-department projects that require both analytical and creative problem-solving.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Advanced data analytics skills (Excel, SQL, or BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau).
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
Experience with website design/maintenance (WordPress or similar platforms).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the healthcare supply chain or related industries.
Familiarity with ERP systems or other accounting/finance platforms.
Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices is a plus.
