Full-Time Video Editor (Facebook Ads, YouTube, Documentaries)

I’m a UK-based filmmaker and content creator working on documentaries, branded projects, and YouTube content. I’m looking for a highly skilled Full-Time Video Editor to join my team as a creative partner. This is a long-term role for someone who is passionate about storytelling, organised, and ready to work on a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:
– Edit Facebook ads, YouTube videos, and branded content.
– Support documentary projects by assembling rough cuts, structuring sequences, and selecting the best shots.
– Collaborate with me to create videos that flow naturally and tell strong stories.
– Apply basic color grading and sound design to deliver polished final edits.
– Communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects when needed.

Requirements:
– At least 3 years’ professional experience in video editing.
– Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
– Strong storytelling instincts (pacing, shot selection, flow).
– Basic knowledge of color grading and sound design.
– Excellent English communication skills.
– Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
