We are seeking dedicated Luxury Travel Coordinators (Virtual Assistants) to join our team and help negotiate with global partners, craft premium itineraries, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Research, plan, and design bespoke luxury itineraries tailored to client preferences.
Negotiate exclusive rates and VIP perks with airlines, hotels, and service providers.
Manage travel logistics including flights, accommodations, private transfers, and experiences.
Utilize GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre) for reservations and ticketing.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless execution of client travel plans.
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when working with UHNW clients.
Provide proactive solutions for last-minute changes, delays, or cancellations.
Collaborate with the internal team to deliver an end-to-end luxury experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in travel planning, luxury concierge services, or corporate travel.
Proficiency with GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre) and booking systems.
Strong negotiation skills with vendors and partners.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Experience handling high-profile or high-net-worth clients (preferred).
Multilingual abilities (French, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic) are a plus.
