JOB OVERVIEW

We are Tely.ai, a startup building an autonomous AI agent that drives organic traffic from AI search for businesses. Our mission is to help companies grow through smart, automated inbound marketing. As we scale, we’re looking for a proactive and empathetic Account Manager to join our team and become the main point of contact for our clients.

As an Account Manager at Tely.ai, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they succeed with our product, and helping them get the most out of our platform. You’ll communicate with clients directly via chat and email, answer their questions, track their account progress, and share feedback with our product team.

What You’ll Do
• Communicate with clients via chat and email
• Answer support questions and help clients succeed with their quarterly goals
• Track client accounts and flag important signals to the product team
• Proactively share product updates and introduce new features
• Schedule calls with clients when requested
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience

Requirements
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience in customer success, account management, or support roles
• Ability to communicate clearly, with empathy and professionalism
• Comfortable working remotely and managing communication across time zones
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up with clients

Nice to Have
• Background in SaaS, startups, or digital marketing
• Experience with helpdesk tools (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
• Familiarity with US clients and business culture

Working Hours
Most of our clients are based in the US (across both East and West Coasts). We’re looking for someone who can cover part of the US business day and overlap with our Pacific Time zone team.
