Bulk Account Creater

Need someone to create many accounts on a site and enter a raffle with these accounts. Will be given a google spreadsheet with information to use for each account. Will also be given proxies to use for these sites. Very simple process, must be able to learn and do a quick 30 minute-hour free trial.
