Marketing Virtual Assistant for Short-Term Rental Business

Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-Time | 2 PM – 10 PM CST (Fri–Tue, off Wed & Thu)
Compensation: $5–$7/hour during paid trial (with raises based on performance)

About the Role
We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing short-term rental (STR) businesses. No prior STR experience is required—we’ll teach you what you need to know—but you must bring enthusiasm, resourcefulness, and a passion for marketing.
This role is marketing-focused, with occasional light operational tasks. You will play a key role in growing our brand visibility and attracting new guests across platforms.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with SEO and website management
- Support vacation rental marketing strategies
- Generate fresh ideas for brand growth
- Create content and manage social media accounts
- Contribute to email marketing and blog posts
- Collaborate with the operations manager and our existing team of VAs
- Perform weekly time audits to help improve efficiency
- Handle minimal operational tasks when needed
- Use TimeProof during work hours

We are two STR owners who have worked together for 4+ years to streamline processes and procedures. Our portfolio is growing fast—currently 9+ properties—and we’re proud of the culture we’ve built.
You’ll be joining a team of 3 rockstar VAs who collaborate daily and thrive in a supportive, trust-based environment. We value integrity, reliability, and ambition above all else.
We focus on hospitality for families on vacation, and your work will directly support delivering that experience.

Requirements:
- College degree required (Graduate degree a plus)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Enthusiastic about marketing (experience preferred but not required)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Self-starter with a high level of integrity and reliability
- Must be available 2 PM – 10 PM CST, including weekends

Compensation:
- $5–$7/hour during the 1-month paid trial
- Pay increases based on performance
