Tiktok Shop Expert / Affiliate Manager

As our TikTok Shop Expert / Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales through TikTok Shop by optimizing our store, managing product listings, and building a strong affiliate/creator network.

TikTok Shop Management
-Set up, manage, and optimize TikTok Shop product listings (SEO, titles, descriptions, images, videos).
-Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and resolve listing/review issues.
-Monitor analytics and performance to improve conversion rates and sales.
-Coordinate promotions, bundles, and discount campaigns inside TikTok Shop.

Affiliate & Creator Management
-Recruit and onboard TikTok affiliates, UGC creators, and influencers.
-Manage affiliate contracts, product gifting, commissions, and performance bonuses.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to encourage active promotion.
-Track affiliate performance (sales, ROI, content quality) and report results.
-Develop creative reward systems to motivate top affiliates.

Collaboration & Strategy
-Work closely with the marketing team to align TikTok Shop campaigns with overall brand strategy.
-Suggest creative content ideas for product promotion on TikTok.
-Stay up to date with TikTok Shop trends, competitor activity, and best practices.
