Position Overview
As a Billing Specialist, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring accuracy and timeliness in client billing, payment tracking, and financial record-keeping. You’ll be responsible for processing recurring payments, managing client billing inquiries, and supporting both our clients and internal teams by ensuring billing workflows are accurate and efficient.
Full training is provided, but prior billing or finance-related experience is a plus.
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM CST
Includes a 1-hour paid lunch break
Compensation
$400/month during 90-day training period
$500/month after completion
Performance-based annual reviews and advancement opportunities

Promotion Track

Success Manager: $700/month during training, $800/month after 90 days
Onboarding Manager: $700/month during training, $800/month after 90 days
Senior Billing / Admin Roles: Higher pay and added responsibility within the Billing Department for those who prefer to stay and grow in this department

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numbers
Self-motivated with excellent time management
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Long-term mindset — we’re hiring for permanent positions
Preferred (Not Required) Skills
Familiarity with billing/payment platforms and online invoicing tools
Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
Knowledge of credit repair industry billing practices a plus
Experience with tools such as Asana or other task management systems
