Key Responsibilities:
Design and create unique and engaging Pinterest image ads for a variety of fashion products, including clothing, accessories, and footwear.
Develop a strong understanding of our different brand aesthetics and ensure all creative content is on-brand.
Collaborate with our marketing team to understand campaign goals and target demographics.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest trends, ad formats, and best practices to ensure our content is fresh and effective.
Optimize Pins for maximum reach and conversion, considering aspects like text overlays, calls-to-action, and visual storytelling.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in designing successful Pinterest Pins, particularly for e-commerce and fashion brands is a must. A strong portfolio showcasing your Pinterest design work is essential.
Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken). You will be communicating with an international team.
Strong communication and collaboration skills. You should be able to clearly articulate your design choices and work effectively within a team environment.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
A keen eye for detail, composition, and typography.
Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.
