Now Hiring: Ecommerce Shopify Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for a full-time Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage the order flow and inventory operations of our Shopify stores. If you have experience with Shopify, order fulfillment, and supply chain coordination, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Details:
Hours: 6–8 hours per day, 6–7 days a week

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and resolve out of stock orders
• Track and manage shipment delays with carriers and fulfillment partners
• Handle return to sender orders and coordinate resolutions
• Oversee orders ready for pickup and ensure timely processing
• Correct and resolve address errors before shipment
• Conduct stock inventory checks and maintain accurate records
• Perform quality checks on products and orders when needed
• Provide clear reports and updates on supply chain performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management (Shopify experience is a must)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data and anticipate potential supply issues
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Positive, proactive mindset with strong communication skills
• Stable and reliable internet connection
