Performance Media Buyer (Part-Time)
About Us
[vrsn] is a Hong Kong-based footwear brand redefining what pain-relief shoes can be: functional, stylish, and built for everyday life. After a successful Kickstarter launch in 2024, we’re scaling our eCommerce business globally at vrsn.co.
The Role
We’re looking for a Performance Media Buyer to run and refine our Meta ad campaigns. The role combines hands-on execution with performance-driven decision-making — making sure ads are launched accurately, monitored closely, and optimized to scale profitably. You’ll own ad operations while working with the team to improve structures, test variants, and surface insights that drive growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and monitor day-to-day ad operations: campaign setup, uploads, accurate configuration, and troubleshooting
- Work within existing Ad Ops frameworks (CBO vs. ABO, testing vs. scaling) and improve them over time
- Collaborate with the creative team to upload new assets, create variants, and test audiences
- Provide clear reporting and flag opportunities or issues proactively
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience running Meta ads, either in-house with a DTC/eCommerce brand or at a performance-focused agency, with strong grounding in ad operations, account structures, and platform best practices
- Familiarity with scaling frameworks, testing structures, and attribution nuances
- Strong quantitative mindset; fluent in growth metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, Profit Margin %) and able to translate numbers into insights
- Attention to detail and consistency — able to execute without errors while moving quickly
- Communicative and collaborative; comfortable working with creatives and strategists
Nice to Have
- Basic copywriting skills and the ability to tweak/test variations independently
- Experience with other platforms (TikTok first, then Google)
To Apply
Please share:
- A short note on your experience running Meta ads (in-house or agency)
- Examples of accounts or campaigns you’ve managed, including budget ranges and results (redact sensitive details as needed)
