Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Agent (Remote)
Position: Virtual Assistant (Social Media & Marketing)
Location: Remote
Hours: Part-time
Compensation: $4-6 USD/hour (based on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a creative and organized Virtual Assistant to support a busy real estate agent with social media management, digital marketing, and light administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience with social media content creation, email marketing, and basic CRM management. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to maintain consistent brand messaging across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management

Create and schedule engaging social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Design property showcase posts, market updates, and brand awareness content
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels
Develop content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules
Create Instagram stories and reels showcasing properties and real estate tips
Track social media analytics and adjust strategies based on performance


Email
Marketing & Communications

Manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or GoHighLevel
Create and send newsletters, market updates, and property alerts to client database
Design email templates for various campaigns (new listings, just sold, market reports)
Set up email automation sequences for lead nurturing
Maintain email list hygiene and segmentation

CRM & Database Management

Maintain and update the real estate CRM (e.g., Follow Up Boss, LionDesk, KVCore)
Add new leads and ensure data accuracy
Track client birthdays, anniversaries, and important dates for relationship marketing
Generate reports on lead sources and marketing effectiveness

Marketing Support

Create listing flyers and property marketing materials using Canva or similar tools
Assist in developing marketing campaigns for new listings
Research and compile neighborhood highlights and market statistics for content
Coordinate with photographers and videographers for property content
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials

General Support Tasks

Schedule social media content in advance using scheduling tools
Monitor online reviews and reputation management
Research trending topics and hashtags relevant to real estate
Compile monthly marketing performance reports
Assist with basic website updates and blog post formatting

Qualifications & Skills
Required:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
Excellent written communication skills with attention to grammar and brand voice
Basic understanding of real estate terminology and market dynamics
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage content calendars
Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Preferred:

Experience in real estate marketing or working with real estate professionals
Knowledge of CRM systems (Follow Up Boss, KVCore, LionDesk, etc.)
Basic photo and video editing skills
Experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising
Understanding of SEO principles for social media
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
