Prompt Engineer & AI Agent Developer

We are Half Eaten Donut, a performance-driven digital marketing agency based in Sydney. We are looking for a highly skilled Prompt Engineer & AI Agent Developer to help us streamline, build, and optimise our AI systems and processes across the business.

Responsibilities:

Develop and refine high-performing prompts for internal and client-facing workflows.

Build and deploy AI agents capable of automating workflows across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Salesforce, Asana, and Slack.

Audit existing AI setup and implement best practices to improve reliability, speed, and scale.

Collaborate with the team to design and document AI-powered processes that support marketing campaigns, reporting, and creative outputs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in prompt engineering and LLM optimisation.

Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.).

Strong Python/JavaScript skills and ability to integrate with APIs.

Familiarity with marketing tech and digital ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) is a plus.

Excellent documentation and communication skills.
