Job Description:
1. Strategic Planning:
• Develop strategic brand plans for both existing and new products.
• Contribute to setting targets and goals for the brand and monitor spending.
2. Campaign Management:
• Strategize and implement marketing campaigns as required by the Category Manager.
• Develop advertising and promotional campaigns across all media types (offline, online,
etc.)
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
3. Content Creation:
• Prepare and create content (written, visual, multimedia/video) for marketing materials
across offline and online platforms.
4. Vendor Management:
• Liaise with and oversee vendors in the implementation of outsourced marketing/support
services.
5. Data and Analytics
• Analyze, evaluate, and optimize campaigns based on set targets and goals.
• Report on campaigns using digital metrics.
6. Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
• Continuously monitor market landscape opportunities and competitive activities.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Advertising or any related discipline
At least 2 years of work experience preferably in a marketing/ business development or advertising role.
Proficient in the English and Filipino language
Strong written communication skills and good visual design sense
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Visual design skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
Strong knowledge in social media platforms/ online marketplaces
Strong familiarization with the use of Meta Business Ads, Tiktok and Google Analytics.
