Etsy Product & Content Coordinator (Photo + Canva + Listing Upload)

I run multiple niche Etsy shops with my business partner. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Etsy Product & Content Coordinator to help us scale by turning product ideas into live listings.

What you’ll do:

- Coordinate with our product photographer and supplier (ship items, send pre-made photo briefs, answer simple questions).
- Review finished photos for quality, make sure they follow our templates.
- Create Canva images (resizing, text overlays, mockups).
- Upload new listings to Etsy with optimized titles, tags, and attributes (training + SOP provided).
- Track product progress through ClickUp/Trello so nothing gets stuck.


What you won’t do:

- Choose products (we do that).
- Handle customer service or fulfillment (already covered).


Requirements:

- Experience uploading Etsy Listings.
- Basic Canva or photo-editing skills.
- Strong English (clear communication).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Familiar with Whatsapp
