Role Overview:
This role combines hands-on social media management with the creation and execution of a full influencer seeding and partnership program. You’ll be responsible for growing our community, amplifying our brand voice, and driving measurable sales through social and influencer channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Own the content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that reflects the brand voice
Monitor trends, adapt strategies, and optimize posts for maximum reach and engagement
Manage community interactions (DMs, comments, UGC) to foster relationships
Influencer Program Development
Build and launch an influencer seeding program from scratch
Identify, vet, and outreach to micro and macro influencers that align with the brand
Negotiate partnerships, gifting, and affiliate deals with creators
Track influencer performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategy
Develop scalable processes for ongoing influencer outreach and relationship management
Analytics & Growth
Track KPIs for both social media and influencer programs
Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance
Experiment with new content formats, collaborations, and growth tactics
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or community building
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms
Experience working with influencers (outreach, contracts, gifting, and affiliate programs)
Data-driven mindset with ability to track ROI and optimize campaigns
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Creative, scrappy, and excited about building a program from the ground up
