Job Description

We are seeking motivated and EXPERIENCED cold callers with a background in final expense insurance lead generation. The role involves contacting prospects by phone, introducing our company, and qualifying interest in speaking with a licensed agent.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to a provided list of prospects.

Follow a proven call script designed for final expense insurance.

Qualify prospects and transfer live calls to licensed agents or schedule follow-up appointments.

Track basic call outcomes (interested / not interested / follow-up).

Maintain professionalism, empathy, and compliance in every call.

Requirements

Prior experience cold calling in final expense, (required)

Strong communication skills and comfort handling objections.

Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace.
