Online Assistant for Acting Job Applications/Virtual Assistant

I’m an actor looking for a reliable online assistant to help with submitting my materials for acting and commercial jobs. You’ll be checking casting websites every day and applying to roles that fit my profile using the photos, reels, and resume I provide.

Responsibilities:
• Log in daily to casting websites (Backstage, Casting Networks, Actors Access, etc.)
• Review new roles and submit applications that match my profile
• Notify me immediately about callbacks or responses, including which platform they came from and what I need to prepare
• Send me quick updates so I always know what’s been covered

If this goes well there will be opportunity to grow. This will take around 1-2h a day max. Usually on mondays when everyone is posting it will be the longest but some days it will maybe just be 10-15min to apply
