Join our dynamic team as a virtual assistant intaker at a criminal defense law firm in an hourly position. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to manage leads and facilitate client interactions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into clients through effective communication and strategic engagement.
Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Utilize Legal Funnel systems to manage leads efficiently, ensuring all interactions are logged and followed up on.
Warm Lead Calling: Initiate outbound calls to previously interested leads in our CRM system, in order to schedule them with our free evaluation service.

Intake Evaluation calls: Conduct intake interviews with potential clients to gather necessary information and assess their needs, whether a direct contract can be offered or they require a more in-depth strategy session with the Atty. to determine
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for potential clients to visit the office for consultations or strategy sessions which can be in-person, video or phone calls
Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with potential clients after intake interviews to address any additional questions and move them through the intake process.
Social Media Engagement: Monitor the firm's social media platforms, responding to messages and comments promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Prior Experience: Demonstrated experience in lead management and CRM systems is essential.
Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, particularly in appointment setting, is highly desirable.
Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in documenting interactions and managing client information accurately.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities, with a willingness to take on new challenges as needed.
