Position: E-Commerce Logistics & Operations Coordinator
Hours: Full-time, 11:00am – 6:00pm CST
Location: Remote (U.S. based preferred)
Salary: $600–$800 per month, plus performance bonuses, paid time off, and flexible sick leave

About Us:
We are a fast-growing U.S. pet brand with a large and engaged social presence. With a dozen products (and more on the way), we are scaling quickly and need someone organized, proactive, and excited to help keep our operations running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll touch every part of the business — logistics, operations, project tracking, subcontractor management, and occasional executive support. You’ll enjoy free product giveaways, early access to test our new launches, and a fun, collaborative environment where flexibility and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Job Responsibilities:
Logistics & Supply Chain
Act as the primary point of contact between leadership, product, and logistics teams
Manage timelines, shipments, and workflows for multiple SKUs, from manufacturing to fulfillment
Track inventory and ensure smooth handoffs between development, production, and distribution

Operations & Project Coordination:
Track company projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Help coordinate upcoming initiatives across leadership and product teams
Hire and manage subcontractors for specialized tasks
Document and optimize processes to improve efficiency as we scale

Executive Support (as needed):
Provide support to the CEO and President (scheduling, communications, research)
Assist with coordination across teams and external partners
Take ownership of tasks that support leadership in keeping the company moving forward

Problem Solving & Flexibility
Identify bottlenecks in operations and propose solutions
Step into new responsibilities as needed — we value adaptability and growth
Learn quickly and stay proactive in a fast-paced startup environment

Qualifications:
5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination
Strong project management skills, with the ability to track and prioritize multiple projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience hiring and managing subcontractors or freelancers is a plus
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Flexible, proactive, and willing to learn new skills to support the business
