JOB OVERVIEW

Smile Nation USA LLC is a U.S.-based sales enablement and lead generation company. We also operate OK Flip! (a real estate investor community & events platform) and CloseWithChris (a real estate sales brand).

We’re looking for a tea ---------- mber who can add immediate value by plugging into our ecosystem to onboarding new customers. This role is designed for someone who is highly organized and has strong communication. Stellar performance is rewarded - quarterly performance reviews mean that you can get see a raise inside of 90 days.

Core Role
- Carry out sales activities at scale (email outreach, responses, follow-ups, CRM logging).
- Keep your sales machine organized and consistent, across all three pillars.
- Free you up to focus on high-level selling and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
Cold Email Outreach
- Send outbound campaigns daily from multiple email aliases (Smile Nation, OK Flip!).
- Follow templates/scripts but personalize lightly as needed.
- Track opens, clicks, and replies.

Reply & Follow-Up Management
- Monitor replies across multiple inboxes.
- Categorize leads (interested, not interested, needs follow-up).
- Draft basic responses or flag for your review when custom answers are needed.

CRM & Sales Activity Tracking
- Log every outreach, reply, and meeting into the right CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Keep pipelines clean and accurate.
- Track your own outreach + yours, so you both see activity side-by-side.

Multi-Brand Management
- Handle multiple email aliases seamlessly.
- Understand and switch between different pitches (Smile Nation services, OK Flip! sponsorships, CloseWithChris deals).
- Keep brand messaging consistent, without mixing them up.

Admin Support (Light)
- Calendar scheduling for booked calls.
- Organize shared files (Google Drive).
- Summarize weekly outreach/sales activity for you.

Requirements
- Strong written English — must be able to handle multiple professional email accounts.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — no mixing up brands.
- Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Experience in outbound outreach, lead gen, or appointment setting.
- Tech-savvy with email automation tools.
