About Us:
Next Move Apartments is a real estate company dedicated to helping people find their ideal homes with ease and confidence. We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to join our team part-time and help us grow our online presence.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Create engaging content (captions, graphics, reels, stories, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice.
Monitor social media inboxes and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Track analytics and report on engagement, growth, and campaign performance.
Stay up to date with real estate and social media trends to implement creative strategies.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management.
Strong content creation skills (graphic design, Canva, video editing is a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of real estate marketing is required.

Work Schedule: Part-time (flexible, approx. 15–20 hours per week)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
