Need a Full Time Designer

I am looking for a full time designer. All I need at the moment is for somebody to be able to pump out designs for uploading into print on demand websites. So you would create an image or design based on the ideas that I give, and that design will be turned into shoes and Tshirts and mugs etc

So I would give you an idea like this per se...

However use different images and fonts, as long as the basic idea of the band name and band image placing is there and it doesn't look completely horrible on a shoe will be good enough, please make sure to use the dimensions as previously discussed"

Then from those simple directions I'll just take whatever you give me and ask for revisions or little tweaks if I need them

In your response please include two of your hobbies (this is to make sure people read ;D)
