Part-Time Airbnb Interior Designer & Creative Support

About the Role
We are looking for a part-time Airbnb Interior Designer based in the Philippines to help prepare our properties for launch. Since we are still in the pre-launch stage, you will create design concepts, shopping lists, and staging systems before units go live.

In addition to design work, you will also support the business with creative and organizational tasks, so flexibility is important. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position as we expand.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design (Airbnb-Focused)
• Develop Airbnb-ready design templates (mood boards, color palettes, furniture & décor shopping lists).
• Create 3D renderings, floor plans, or mockups to visualize unit designs.
• Prepare staging SOPs (step-by-step visual guides for setup/cleaning teams).
• Research design trends in Airbnb/hospitality markets to ensure competitive, guest-friendly interiors.

Creative/Business Support
• Assist with graphic design tasks (social media posts, Creating a Website, Airbnb listing photo enhancements, Canva designs).
• Help create guest materials (welcome books, check-in guides, signage).
• Support with research and admin tasks as needed (vendor sourcing, budget tracking, inventory lists).

Requirements
• Based in the Philippines (remote work).
• Background in interior design, architecture, or creative design (Airbnb/hospitality design is a plus).
• Portfolio showing design boards, renderings, or completed projects (if available).
• Skilled with tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
• Good eye for design and practicality (comfortable sourcing affordable furniture & décor online).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willing to take on non-design creative/admin tasks when needed.

Compensation & Hours
• Part-time: approx. 20 hours/week (flexible schedule).
• $80/month fixed rate.
• Opportunity for increase in pay and hours as the business grows.
