Video QC & Metadata Specialist | Food Content

Role Summary: Own the last-mile quality pass for food clips and the metadata that powers them. Your work ensures each video is accurate, appealing, and correctly labeled.

Responsibilities
• QC videos against live menus and restaurant pages. Verify dish names, ingredients, and pricing visuals where shown.
• Maintain accurate metadata and folder hygiene in Notion and Dropbox.
• Flag and fix mismatches, duplicates, ghost kitchens, and outdated content.
• Write tight, direct edit notes that lead to quick, correct revisions.
• Track statuses so items move smoothly from Edit to Review to Finish.

What Great Looks Like
• Zero tolerance for mislabeled dishes and sloppy filenames.
• Notes that are clear enough for one-round fixes.
• High throughput with consistent accuracy.
• A good eye for what makes a food clip convert.

Must-Haves
• Experience in detail-heavy review work or labeling projects.
• Comfortable with Notion, Dropbox, and structured checklists.
• Clear written English and professional communication.
• Reliable internet, video-scrubbing computer, and an external 1080p monitor.
• Self-management and on-time delivery against volume goals.

Nice to Have
• Basic CapCut or other editor familiarity for informed notes.
• Active user of TikTok or Reels.
• Food interest and awareness of US trends.

Tools: Notion, Dropbox, Chrome, Instagram references, menu links, internal SOPs.
