Airtable & Automation Lead (Remote, Fast-Growing Team)

We’re looking for an Airtable expert + tech all-rounder who loves building automations, connecting APIs, and making systems sing.

Main Responsibilities:
- Build + maintain Airtable bases (operations, reporting, CRM)
- Design Airtable automations + scripts to power workflows
- Manage Shopify backend + automations (products, orders, variants, metafields, POS)
- Write scripts (JavaScript/Python) + connect APIs
- Automate workflows in Zapier/Make/n8n/Lindy.ai
- Build + optimise Klaviyo email/SMS marketing automations
- Design + maintain Twilio SMS automations
- Support Deputy scheduling + workforce integrations
- Troubleshoot tech issues (Slack, Google Suite, ---------- )
- Identify + deliver new automation opportunities

Skills Required:
- Deep understanding of APIs + integrations
- Airtable expert (formulas, linked bases, automations, scripting)
- Shopify backend + Shopify automations
- Zapier/Make/n8n advanced automation setup
- Klaviyo flows (email + SMS)
- Twilio automations
- JavaScript/Python scripting
- Problem solver, self-starter, strong communicator

Nice to Have:
- Shopify site design/build
- SEO + UI/UX basics
- Dashboard/report design

Other Details:
- 100% remote via Slack
- Timesheets electronic (multiple entities)
- Could be casual, part-time, or full-time for the right applicant
