WordPress copywriter and SEO expert needed for website revamp.

We are looking for a WordPress expert and copywriter for new pages to the site as well as SEO expert. To help relaunch our existing Chiropractic website to add more functionally. Template will be provided. files will be provided Yoast plug in provided. Specifications will be provided as well as local SEO training. All changes for the site will be made over a local server first so applicant must be familiar with xampp, and reloading a website from it. This project is half completed, I just ran out of time. I am looking for someone to pick up were I left off.

More than anything I am looking for someone who can understand and communicate back to me what is needed for each specific task accurately after we have discussed the project and the tasks in the plan.
I personally have been using VA's for many years and I am very detail orientated during the spec phase. All issues I have found have been due to miscommunication either by one or both parties during the initiation phase. Applicant must have access to video communication ( hangout, marco polo ect, as well as excellent communication skills.
