Role Overview
We’re looking for a talented Video Clipper with strong editing skills and an eye for what makes content go viral. You’ll be taking our long-form content (streams, YouTube videos, etc.) and cutting it into short, engaging, platform-native clips that will be posted across multiple Instagram, TikTok, and other clipping accounts.

Responsibilities
    •    Watch and review Liability Boys long-form content (streams, YouTube, vlogs).
    •    Identify viral moments, funny highlights, and high-energy clips that will perform well on social.
    •    Edit and format clips with captions, text overlays, sound effects, memes, and pacing that fit each platform.
    •    Post and schedule clips across multiple Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts accounts.
    •    Stay on top of viral trends, audio, and editing styles to keep content fresh.
    •    Work closely with the team to experiment, analyze performance, and double down on what works.

Requirements
    •    Proven editing skills with short-form vertical content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts).
    •    Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and what “grabs attention” in the first 2–3 seconds.
    •    Ability to spot viral moments and create engaging edits around them.
    •    Familiarity with trending formats, memes, and platform-specific styles.
    •    Bonus: Experience with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar.
