Outbound SDR / Appointment Setter – Remote, Full-Time (US Hours) — $700 to $1,600+ per month

We are hiring a hunter-style SDR / Appointment Setter to drive outbound lead generation. Your mission is simple: book meetings with CFOs and senior finance executives for our founder.

Responsibilities
• Send 80–120 personalized touches per day (LinkedIn + email).
• Follow up consistently until leads reply with yes/no.
• Log all outreach and lead status in Zoho CRM.
• Confir ---------- etings and reschedule if needed.
• Track replies, report daily activity, and book meetings directly in Calendly.

Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, or appointment setting.
• Strong written English for professional email and LinkedIn messaging.
• Comfortable using CRM systems (Zoho experience is a plus).
• Able to work US hours (9 AM – 5 PM ET).
• Highly organized, disciplined, and persistent in follow-ups.

KPIs
• 80–120 touches per day.
• 5–10 booked CFO meetings per week.
• 100% of activity logged in Zoho CRM.
• 90%+ show-up rate for scheduled meetings.

Compensation
• Base salary: $700/month
• Performance bonuses:
• $30 per meeting with a Finance Executive
• $50 per meeting with a CFO
• $100 bonus if a meeting leads to a signed 30-Day KPI Sprint (capped at 5 per month)
• $500 bonus if a Sprint converts to a paid retainer
• Typical range: $700–$1,600+ per month (base + bonuses, depending on performance)

Example Earnings Walkthrough (Strong Month):
• 8 CFO meetings = $400
• 8 Finance Executive meetings = $240
• 3 KPI Sprints signed = $300
• 1 Sprint converted to retainer = $500
• Base salary = $700
Total = $2,140/month
