JOB OVERVIEW

Title: HubSpot & ZoomInfo Expert – Remote Contractor (MST Hours)

Type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM MST
Location: Remote (Preferably Philippines, Latin America, or Eastern Europe)
Compensation: $800–$1,500/month (based on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot and ZoomInfo Expert to lead and execute inbound and outbound sales and marketing strategies. This is a contractor position with no employee benefits or tax withholdings. You’ll be responsible for managing CRM workflows, lead generation, email automation, and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

Set up and manage HubSpot CRM pipelines, workflows, and automation
Use ZoomInfo for lead enrichment, segmentation, and targeting
Launch and optimize inbound campaigns (email, content, landing pages)
Execute outbound campaigns using ZoomInfo Intent and HubSpot tools
Collaborate with sales and customer experience teams to align strategies
Monitor and report on campaign performance and lead conversion
Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure data accuracy
Requirements

Proven experience with HubSpot and ZoomInfo integrations
Strong background in inbound and outbound sales/marketing
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience with email automation, lead scoring, and CRM optimization
Ability to work MST hours consistently
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Preferred

Experience in B2B marketing and sales funnels
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, and Zapier
Certifications in HubSpot or ZoomInfo (a plus)
