Marketing Design Specialist (Canva Focused)

I'm looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Design Specialist with strong expertise in Canva to support our brand’s visual content needs in the financial industry. This role is ideal for someone who can transform ideas into engaging, on-brand graphics that resonate across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials including social media posts, ads, and other digital assets using Canva.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.
- Collaborate with me to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling content.
- Repurpose existing designs for different platforms and campaigns.
- Suggest creative ideas to enhance my visual storytelling and online presence.

Requirements:
- Proven experience creating professional designs in Canva (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color usage.
- Ability to manage time effectively and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Commitment:
~8 hours per week (flexible schedule).
Remote position with ongoing collaboration.
