Vbulletin/ Graphics Expert Needed For Major Anime Project

I need an extremely hardworking individual who can:

Make or edit AMAZING Graphics for many different purposes.
Is proficient in editing, and customizing a vbulletin based forum- changing headers, color layout, backgrounds, making it easier to navigate, etc.
You must also be heavily experienced in website designing, as you will have to design a customized home page, with rotating banners, news, and a great appeal.

This means that you will have to be decently educated, and experienced in three fields: Graphic Designing, vbulltin, and Website Creation (php/ wordpress)

You will be working for an Anime forum that I have ongoing, and completely recreating it's look and feel- so, if you DON'T like Anime, DON'T apply!
This is not a permanent job, but a project that will last 1-2 weeks, tops.
The payout will depend on the quality of your work, but will be anywhere from $300-$500 for the entire job.
(It IS a full time job for those 2 weeks, so be prepared to be devoted entirely!)
