Acquisitions Specialist (Inside Sales / ISA) - Inbound Leads for US Real Estate Company

AAA Property Investment, a US-based real estate investment company, is seeking a skilled Acquisitions Specialist (Inside Sales / ISA). In this role, you will handle inbound seller leads and warm follow ups. No cold calling or deal closing is required on your end - you'll focus on gathering info, presenting pre-calculated offers, and nurturing leads until they’re ready to hand off to our closing team. Compensation:
- Competitive Base Pay:
- Base pay is $9-$11 per hour USD (depending on experience, interview, etc)
- Significant Performance Commission:
- In addition to your base pay, you will earn a commission of $250 USD for every deal that our team closes from a lead that you have qualified
- Closed deals will be tracked in Podio with full visibility
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): We believe in rewarding our high-performers:
- A realistic monthly performance target is 2-4 closed deals, which adds $500 - $1,000 USD to your monthly pay.
- This brings your total monthly On-Target Earnings to approximately $2,100 - $2,900+, with no cap
- Optional year-end bonus (for long-term hires): “13th-month” style bonus = 1/12 of base earnings for the calendar year, pro-rated if less than 12 months. (Base only; excludes commissions.)
- PTO: 8 paid vacation hours per month (12 days/yr) and 6 paid sick/emergency hours per month (9 days/yr), totaling over 4 weeks of paid time off per year
- Payday is every Tuesday via Payoneer. (previous week’s base; commissions per schedule above)

Schedule
- Days: Monday through Friday, PT (Pacific Time)
- Weekly Hours: 30 minimum to 40 maximum. Overtime by approval
- Core Hours (Required): 11:30am - 3:30pm PT (~2:30am - 6:30am PHT). You must be online during this 4-hour block, with a paid 15-minute break included.
- Flexible Hours: You’ll be working an additional 2-4 hours per day (min 2, max 4) wherever suits you in the following windows (you can vary this daily based on your energy or schedule):
- 8am - 11:30am PT
- 3:30pm - 5pm PT
- Notes:
- This is a night shift in the Philippines. Please only apply if you are prepared for a long-term commitment to this schedule.
- The Philippines doesn’t observe DST, so PHT shifts by +/-1 hour when U.S. clocks change; PT hours stay the same.

Previous sales or appointment-setting experience is a significant plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and core skills.
- Most notably, we’re looking for someone with:
- Excellent spoken English, with a neutral/US-friendly accent
- A genuine enjoyment for engaging with people and building rapport over the phone.
- An outgoing, resilient, and positive mindset - comfortable handling high rejection rates (common in real estate leads) while staying enthusiastic and conversational.
- A passion for talking to people and can stay natural while following a script—most of your day will be spent on the phone
- Flexibility to handle some admin/other tasks as well, so you'll need versatility across the board
- Reliable high-speed internet (at least 20 Mbps), a quiet workspace, a computer with webcam/microphone, and a headset for clear calls
