Key Responsibilities
Shopify Store Operations
-Upload and optimize new and existing products (titles, descriptions, tags, SEO).
-Create and maintain collections, categories, and menus.
-Ensure accurate pricing, inventory, and shipping/policy details.
-Test store functionality and coordinate fixes with design/development teams.
Store Optimization & Conversion
-Improve product SEO (on-page optimization, alt text, metadata).
-Optimize checkout process to reduce abandonment.
-Implement upsell, cross-sell, and retention strategies via Shopify apps.
-Monitor reviews and customer feedback for improvement opportunities.
Traffic & Marketing Execution
-Manage basic blog posting and SEO content updates.
-Set up and optimize
-Run promotions, pop-ups, and loyalty/reward programs.
-Collaborate with ads/graphic teams to ensure campaigns are implemented correctly.
-Research and execute partnership traffic opportunities (affiliate apps, referral tools).
Analytics & Reporting
-Track store analytics (conversion rates, sales funnels, top pages, traffic sources).
-Prepare weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
-Suggest strategies for traffic growth (SEO, influencer collabs, content ideas).
Qualifications
*Proven experience managing and growing Shopify stores.
*Knowledge of SEO, traffic generation, and e-commerce marketing tools.
*Familiarity with Shopify apps, analytics, and
*Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with SOPs.
*Reliable internet, webcam, and ability to attend daily Zoom check-ins.
